UNA was a dream before it was a restaurant. It began with just one table and a concept that transformed the way chefs connect with diners. In 2014, that dream found its first home in the St Pancras clock tower. Everything since has grown from that one table. We create ephemeral dining rooms that appear, live for a moment, and are gone -but the table is always one. That closeness - joyful, generous, intimate, unrepeatable-is the whole point of UNA.
