The Rise

The Rise is the next chapter in our journey of performative dining — a bold evolution from our intimate, one-table format into a fully curated dining-room experience, where space, movement, music and cuisine converge.

At its heart, The Rise is an ephemeral Argentine restaurant. It arrives, it lives, and it closes — a temporary house with its own identity, its own kitchen and its own point of view, built around the fire, the produce and the hospitality that define the Argentine table.

Unlike our previous work, The Rise takes shape within a conventional dining room. Separate tables, ordinary service lines, the familiar geometry of a restaurant — and it is precisely that familiarity we work against. We embraced the architecture of the venue and let it guide the storytelling. Every detail — from the placement of the tables to the choreography of the service — was designed to turn the room into a stage, and every guest into part of the narrative.

Because the format follows the room rather than dictating it, The Rise adapts to almost any dining space. Hotel restaurants, private clubs, seasonal rooms, spaces between concepts — the structure remains, the staging changes.

It can run as a single evening, a ten-day residency or a full month. A one-off moment or a season with its own rhythm and returning audience.

For hotels and restaurants, it works as a plug-and-play concept: we bring the identity, the menu, the team direction and the choreography, and integrate them into the existing operation. A way to evolve the offer, animate a quiet period, or introduce a new audience to the room — without rebuilding it.
