Plinthscape is a site-specific dining concept that merges sculptural installation with performative hospitality. Rooted in the language of contemporary art, it transforms a familiar object of exhibition — the white plinth — into an unexpected platform for culinary interaction.

The installation gathers 24 to 40 matte-white gallery plinths into an irregular, topographic structure. Their varying heights and widths blur the line between furniture, ritual and artwork. What would normally elevate static objects becomes a stage for movement, conversation and shared tasting — where guests are not only served, but invited to explore.
